I’ve got a room available in my home and I’m looking for a friendly, easygoing girl to share with 💕

It’s a front bedroom with an extra little loft space attached, which is perfect for storage, getting ready space or just a cosy chill area.

I currently live on my own, and the house is usually really calm and quiet during the day — ideal if you work from home or like your own space.

The house has a comfy living room with a TV, Xbox and two sofas, plus a bathroom with a bathtub. There’s also a decent-sized back garden that I’m working on turning into a cute little sunbathing/seating area (and there’s a small pool for summer ☀️).

We also have a little hamster called Bobby 🐹💖

Location-wise, it’s on a road with direct bus routes to Mansfield and Derby, so it’s well connected.

The room will be furnished (bed can be provided), and I’m in the process of making the house really cute and homely.

💰 Rent is £500 per month
Bills roughly £80–£100 each per month depending on usage (Council Tax Band A)

I’m 23, really easygoing and I like a calm, cosy home vibe. I love rollerskating, making art, travelling, and anything a bit creative. I’m also really into girly things, fashion and just making the space around me feel nice ✨

I love animals (so Bobby is very loved 🐹) and I’m friendly and happy to chat or hang out, but I also respect personal space and downtime. I’d love a housemate where we can have a nice vibe in the house — not just strangers living together 🫶
