I have one double room(s) that I let in South Normanton, This room is shown as two in the photo. You are welcome to use rest of house as you wish provided its available.

Deposit is required against damages but can be paid in instalments to suit your needs. I prefer a single occupier for each room as can be a maximum of two households in this property (However will accept couples)

Featuring, set of drawers, bedside table and wardrobe rails, Gigabit LAN hard wired into the room. Full alarm system & CCTV, Large dining room shared Bathroom with Shower / Bath / Dual flush toilet and tiled floor.

I've had new doors fitted that are fitted with locks and new architraves, Tiled flooring to the dining room, freshly painted stairs and new carpeting to the hallway and stairs.
A new roof fitted the house also has both central heating
with smart radiator valves.
It has also just had a Battery backup system installed so if the national grid fails (which is getting more common now days) you will still have lighting tv cooker and internet and everything you would normally have.

You will have your own separate Fridge with a small freezer. plenty of cupboard space etc in kitchen.
