New house mate will have plenty of their own space and there is also an opportunity to socialize.

New house mate will need to be dog friendly as I have a 1 year old jack russell - i am open to housemates with their own pets!

The house is close to local amenities, supermarkets, schools, bus routes. Only short distance to Chesterfield & Sheffield centre, very convenient for M1 junction 29a.
