Lovely room to rent in a contemporary, spacious house. .The whole house is modern as it has recently been decorated and renovated to a high standard, it is bright and clean there is a large garden with views of the Cathedral.

Shared use of a modern, fully fitted, spacious kitchen with dinner area, separate W. C, lounge, bathroom, very large, fully decked garden with great views of Exeter and the Cathedral.

The location is a cal-de-sac so it is nice and quiet but is very close to local shops, bus routes and train station. It is a short walk into the city centre.

The property is well maintained as the landlord I live at the property and teach art lessons from my art studio in the garden.

I would welcome couples but this would affect the rent, this can be discussed in person on application.
