We now have a fully furnished double bedroom situated at the back of the house with a view of fields and allotments, situated in Alphington just off Aphington Road close to Gyms, Sainsbury's, Aldi and retail park.

Within walking distance of the city centre, the quay and Marsh Barton.

£440 ppm inclusive of all bills (£440 deposit). Big house with shared living room, separate shared dining room, shared large kitchen, shared bathroom with monsoon shower and back garden. There is plenty of on-street parking.

We are two brothers living together. One of us is a Doctoral Researcher at the University of Exeter and the other is a Sous Chef in a local restaurant. We have 1 very friendly cat and 1 very playful Border Collie. The house is kept clean and tidy.

We are both outgoing and maintain a great social life and this house would ideally suit someone who would like to join us and be sociable.
