We are on the edge of Dartmoor; 10 minutes walk to town. 40 mins drive to Exeter, Plymouth and coast, and 25 mins. to main line rail.
There is an large open plan kitchen and eating area. We have our own fridge and cupboard. Shared sitting space with TV.. Laundry drying arrangements inside and out. Large shower room shared with one other.
I work and socialise at home and am looking for another independent working, friendly, housemate who enjoys a quietish healthy lifestyle.
