Double room plus Dressing room in Axminster

The room is a double room which comes with a small dressing room next to it. The rooms are fully furnished. The room is situated on the middle floor of a three story house. Also on that floor is my Lodger with her room and the shared bathroom. My room, office and bathroom are all on the top floor. The ground floor and garden are all shared rooms/areas.

The requirements are that you are in full time employment, are in the desired age range, are clean and tidy and strictly respectful of the neighbours e. g. no loud music ect. Due to the fact that my long term lodger is female and the facilities would be shared between the two, it would be preferred that any potential applicant is also female although an exception may be made.

I have two children who live at their Mum's.
I work fairly locally as an accountant.

Short term let's may potentially be considered.

The room is currently let out to my other lodger and she is not moving out until just before 21st so the room will only be available from that date onwards.
