Beautiful walks nearby and train station 15 mins walk away. Exeter (40mins) and Waterloo line. Also only 15 mins from the popular sea side town of Lyme Regis.

It is a quiet house, non smokers preferred. I will be there occasionaly at weekends.
There is also an additional newly decorated shared sitting room, with TV in upstairs..
Looking for someone who will fit in with 2 existing tenants. Someone who is easy going, employed and who can provide 2 references preferably from an employer and previous landlord. Working outside of the house is also desirable due to increasing fuel bills which are included in the rent. There is a new combi boiler and a wood burner.
