Large double room in 3 bed house in Axminster

Large Double

I have a large double room, to rent in a 3 bed house in Axminster (please ignore the 'total rooms: 6', I'm unable to change it). The large double room is priced at £530 per month. The house has three floors, my room is on the top floor where I have my own bathroom and office. My current lodger is moving out at the end of March.

The suitable candidate would need to be in full-time employment, be a clean and tidy person, and be respectful of the people around them (fellow house mates and neighbours).

Partners can stay on the odd occasion but neither of us ever bring friends around as we like to come home to a peaceful house.

Axminster itself is a very central location for many areas, including Exeter, Yeovil, Taunton in reference to urban areas and Lyme Regis, Seaton, Branscombe, and Beer in reference to areas of beauty .

Couples may be considered but at a much higher rate.

Although I always sleep at the house, I spend a lot of time in the day looking after my children who live locally. For that reason I don't often use the kitchen or living room myself.
