I have an en suite bedroom available in good sized house, situated in quiet residential area overlooking a tennis club and a park.
The room is nicely decorated and has a super king bed which can be unzipped to form two singles if preferred. There is a large double wardrobe, chest of drawers and two bedside cabinets with drawers. A large table/desk, desk chair, soft chair, tv and kettle are also in the room. Central heating and heated towel rail..
The room has an en-suite shower room, with basin and toilet.
There is a good sized kitchen, with dishwasher, dining room and sitting room.
A washing machine is available in the utility room.
There is free parking available, just outside on the road.
Very good wi-fi throughout the house.
The house is a 10 minute drive from Torbay hospital and near to quite a few large primary and secondary schools.
There is free parking outside the house.
There are local shops within a 5 min walk and a supermarket 10 mins away.
You can walk to the local beach and the South West Coast path is very close.

I have one dog but she is not allowed upstairs
