The bedroom and bathroom is at the top of the house, givibg it a seperate and private feel to the rest of the house. The double room is bright, spacious, fully furnished with a very comfortable bed, computer table and office chair, tastefully decorated fresh and spotless with veiws far reaching to Codden Hill.
The bathroom is an ensuite with a shower and bath.
The kitchen is for everyone to use when they need to cook meals etc.
The house is on a quiet road close to the centre of Barnstaple, 5 minutes walk to the bus station, parks, hospital, shops, cafés etc are all within 10 minutes walk.
It's a respectable residential area, with beautiful homes lining either side of the road which is nice and wide, unlike a lot of residential roads in Barnstaple.
There is plenty of storage space for bikes, surfboards etc.
The room is only available for a maximum of 2 months only. There is no flexibility on this.
