Self contained furnished flat- short term lets

We have a lovely annexe attached to our home. It is on air bnb, but we are happy to let people use it short term. We'd like people to stay a minimum of 3 weeks and maximum of 28 days at a time (happy to negotiate this though) at £270 week all inclusive of utilities. We’d ask you to leave it nicely however In addition we’ll ask for £35 to have it properly cleaned after your stay.

It's a cosy, homely flat with a bedroom (with kingsize bed), living room with a smart TV and a sofa bed. It has a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. We have parking for 1 car.

Neighbourhood

Newport & Rumsam especially is a very sought after area, given the character of the area and the easy access North Devon link road and to Barnstaple town centre (a 20 min walk) with lots of shops and cafes.

The Tarka Trail, Rock Park and the River Taw are all within a short distance walking.

The South West Coast path and the train station are a 20-25 min walk
Barnstaple bus station (20 mins walk) makes Ilfracombe, Braunton, Appledore, Bideford, Westward Ho! & Hartland all accessible by public transport

Within a 2 min walk in Newport) there are local shops such as green grocers, an excellent Indian restaurant, a Chinese takeaway & other local shops.
