Established house-share with a really comfortable vibe. Would be ideal for professional person, 24+, looking to share with similar. Existing tenants are an interesting bunch including some nurses from NDDH.
Rent is £550 pcm with ALL bills including Gas, electricity, water and house broadband).
House-share is laid out in a generous style with large kitchen, and separate laundry.
The house is located on Rock Avenue, just off Rock Park and an easy stroll into Barnstaple town center. Approx 8 mins walk to the bus station with frequent services to the hospital. There is an established garden & patio area that are beautifully maintained by existing Springhaven residents.
The room is furnished but can easily be cleared if you prefer to use your own furniture.
The room has access to either of the 3 separate shared bathrooms but also has its own wash basin inside the room.
Typically, rooms in this house share come up very infrequently and are snapped up when they do. This said, I am quite happy to take time to secure the right type of housemate for Springhaven. This room is one of two rooms I have available in Springhaven. The second room is significantly larger than this one with a double aspect & fitted wardrobe. Rooms are priced separately due to the difference in room space. We may be able to consider concessions should both rooms be rented simultaneously or for NHS staff. No couples, no pets.
