Double room with ensuite shower & balcony views

This is a temporary let as we are likely to be moving early 2022. No dates as yet.
Large, bright, clean and airy double bedroom with ensuite shower/toilet, TV and balcony with exceptional views. We are located in Tawstock, Barnstaple which is 2 miles from Barnstaple town centre, so you will either need a bike, car or be happy to walk. Tawstock is a small village surrounded by country side. We are a quiet and respectful family. We have 2 small dogs, a Miniature Poodle and a Border Terrior, 1 cat. All pets are friendly and enjoy people. As this is a detached house, there are no noisy neighbours. Parking is available on the front drive along with are own 3 cars. This room currently has one double bed, double wardrobe, free standing rail, chest of drawers, bedside cabinet and lamp, wall mounted full length mirror, television .There is good broadband but mobile phone signals are variable.
There is use of our kitchen,
washing machine and tumble drier.
We are happy to consider caged pets.
We have a cleaner weekly to clean the room included in the cost.
