A bright, private spare room is available in my clean, well-kept home, located in a quiet cul-de-sac in a small village on the edge of Exmoor. The setting is beautifully peaceful, yet only 3 miles from the town of South Molton 25 minutes drive into Barnstaple or Tiverton the other way, about 50 min drive to Exeter. The village also has a local shop. Utility Room with Washer and tumble dryer. Welcome to use the kitchen and lounge as you wish.
The room is positioned at the end of a corridor, offering excellent privacy. Before reaching my bedroom and my son’s room, there is an unused bathroom and a spare room currently used as my office (often empty), making this area feel very separate. The room benefits from its own en-suite shower.
The house has fast broadband and is warm, clean, and comfortable throughout. There is a washer and tumble dryer available when needed, as well as an outdoor washing line that is regularly used in good weather. To the rear of the property is a lovely patio area, ideal for relaxing outdoors.
I work from home most of the time and cook most days. I live with my 8-year-old son, who is here most of the time but is away some weekends, and a small, friendly dog who doesn't shed hair and is very clean.
