Myself and my wife have a lovely 5 bed detached Victorian house on the edge of Dartmoor in Bovey Tracey. Close to local amenities and beautiful walks. We are looking for a quiet, respectful and friendly lodger.
We have two dogs and two daughters, but only the dogs live at home.
We have a lovely Garden and off road parking in a very safe neighbourhood.
You would have a double bedroom, and shared use of bathroom and shower room and kitchen.(all areas are fully furnished).
