Furnished double room for single female preferred sharing lovely home in Bovey Tracey with one other (who is really rarely there) It's in a great central location, tucked away down a pedestrian walkway with cafes, shops, river walks and the beautiful Parke and Dartmoor on the doorstep. Onstreet parking close by.
The A38 is only a few minutes drive away and it's approx 25 mins to Exeter center, Plymouth 40 mins so is great for commuting.
There is a spacious kitchen/diner and seperate living room
Rent includes all bills and speedy wifi.
The cottage is clean and tidy. I'm looking for someone whose happy to help keep it that way.
