Two rooms available on top floor - one king size with a double bed and huge amount of cupboard space, and another single room which is used as a living room with couch, TV, fridge, kettle, microwave, and exclusive use of shower room in between.

The rooms are recently redecorated and fully furnished. Duvey, pillows and one set of linen can be provided if required.
This is a super clean, quiet and friendly house with central heating and double glazing. It has a small stream and woods as its frontage, is on the edge of Dartmoor but has the A38 only 5 minutes away. It is centrally located to the whole of South Devon with Exeter 20 mins, Plymouth 30 mins and Torquay 15 mins away.


The kitchen is shared with dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine, kettle, toaster etc and use of everything else.
The rooms have been advertised separately however I’m looking for one individual to take both rooms (and bathroom) as an exclusive ‘flatlet’ for £625 per month (£145 per week). ALL bills and council tax etc included and there are NO extra costs.
