Double room Brixham to rent near beach/coastpat

Double room to rent in Brixham close to St Mary's beach and south west coast path.

The property is a two bedroom and one bathroom (plus downstairs WC) with south facing garden. Fully equipped kitchen, including dishwasher, washing machine & tumble dryer. Also has driveway with space for one car or on street parking available.

I do have two dogs which are quite excitable but very loving. One is not too keen on males hence the preference to female, however if they like you I'm happy to share with male or female. When I am out of the house they are in their crate but if you were home would prefer them to be able to roam free.

I currently work from home for Royal Mail but do go into the office a couple of times a week. I do finish around 2pm and generally spend afternoons walking the dogs, gym or seeing family.

I enjoy to cook, a glass or two of wine/beer from time to time & watch TV series/films. Would be nice to sit and have meals and watch TV at times but also like my own space and very aware others do too!

I do have a hot tub that isn't currently up at the moment but keen to have it up for summer.

Rent includes WiFi, bills (within reason).
