Very large and airy room (4.7m x 3.5m plus bay window) to rent near Brixham hospital. Rent includes all bills although if a couple stay the rent will be 475 pounds.

The room has some furnishings; bed, drawers, wardrobe, large desk and chair are all free to use if you desire, I can store these if you do not want them.

There is plenty of storage space in the room and more in the attic for all of your belongings. You are free to keep to yourself or share both living rooms, you would be living with two friendly, clean but laid back friends in their thirties.

The front living room has a large TV, cinema surround sound and Sky HD along with a record player and a large selection of LPs, DVDs and books.

The large kitchen has everything you need including a dishwasher that you are free to share.

If you are looking to stay for a while, you are free to decorate as you see fit.

You will have good reception to a fast wi-fi connection from the bedroom or an ethernet cable if you prefer. A Sky Multi Room connection can be added. Smoking and DSS allowed. Contact details also on GTree.
