I have a double room available in my lovely Victorian terraced house in Broadclyst, close to Exeter and the airport, and I’m looking for one other person to share my house and garden with me (and my very gentle cat).
Fully furnished, all bills included (fast WiFi too), central heating, sunny garden with excellent charcoal bbq, large bathroom including roll-top bath and separate shower, two sitting rooms (in case you want to watch something different on the TV!), off-road parking.
My name is Jeremy and I’m 40. I’m a guitar maker/repairer and have many interests.
I love cooking, the odd glass of wine or beer sitting in the garden, socialising, things that make me laugh, music, cycling around our beautiful countryside (often!), climbing, travel, art, and gardening amongst other things.
I’m looking for someone who is fairly laid back (although I’m quite a clean and tidy person), happy to either have evening chats or be comfortable in their own space, someone who likes cats (mine is a very happy older gentle cat). If you like bike rides that would be a plus too but not essential!
