Hi there. I’m Jeremy and I’m looking for someone to share my house with in Broadclyst, just outside Exeter. I enjoy socialising and equally giving people their own private quiet space. I have two kittens i’m laid back but like to keep a reasonably tidy house. I enjoy cooking, good conversations, playing musical instruments (I work with guitars) and the odd beer in the garden, firing up the bbq or pottering doing some gardening. I also enjoy cycle rides so if you have a bike I can show you some local routes! I’m looking for someone who is easygoing, male or female, young or old, working preferably and not a couple. And someone who likes cats too!
