Cute and Cosy Annex (self contained) inc. bills

Cute and comfortable annexe for someone to live in, I am looking for someone respectful and considerate.

The newly renovated place has it's own kitchen, shower room, on road parking (less than 1 mins walk), and a cosy outdoor covered area to sit in.

It's located in the village of Broadclyst, a lovely place with lots of nice walks yet not far from Exeter city centre either. The village also has a shop and 2 pubs.

Killerton House National trust property is a 5 minute drive or a peaceful walk/cycle along a dedicated path. There's also easy access to the M5, ideal for anyone working at the Met office, Exeter University and town are about 15 minutes drive, or a short bus ride.

It's a completely self-contained annexe with own private entrance.

Other things to note
Close to several safe beaches, within the village there is a church, two popular pubs both serving good food. Easy ten minute village walk to both. Also post office and corner shop. Cathedral city of Exeter is a 15 minute drive. 2 train stations are close by (5 minute drive) Cranbrook or Pinhoe. Easy access to Exeter airport and close to Exeter University.
The price is based on single occupancy. I'm happy to consider couples but there will be a 20% increase to cover bills.
