This listing is for a long term let from June 2026 onwards, sharing with two other people. Myself, my husband and our two year old boy live next door. The large garden is shared with us.

Situated between Broadclyst and Exeter it's very close to M5, Exeter Airport, Sowton and the Met Office, with Exeter city centre only 6 miles away.
