There is a double bedroom with ensuite and another sungle bedroom, which could be a living area /home office. Happy for someone who does soem work from home. Shared kitchen and utility and happy to hang out in main living room sometimes. Must like dogs as I have a friendly one. Needs own car as few buses. 15 mins to Totnes and newton Abbot. Lovely village with 2 great pubs, village shop and modern village hall with plenty going on. Council tax band D.
