Room available in Broadhempston

I'm a 46 Yr old professional female. I have a large 4 bed flat in Broadhempston. There is a double bedroom with ensuite available and another sungle bedroom, which could be available at a later date to use as a living area /home office. Shared kitchen and utility room. Needs own car as few buses. 15 mins to Totnes and newton Abbot. Lovely village with 2 great pubs, village shop and modern village hall with plenty going on. Would prefer female aged between 35 - 55, but open to others if the right person. Ideally someone who has a good sense of humour, is easy going, tidy and reliable. Readvertised due to a timewaster.
