Double room available in Buckfastleigh, 5 mins walk to town.

£500 per month, includes bills. Fair amount of storage space, room for a desk etc. Bathroom shared with one other.

Nice sunny garden, partly private and partly communal with a firepit and veg growing space. Friendly neighbours, nice community vibes.

Sharing with 2 females and a small ish dog.
Our house is clean, calm and homely. Definitely not a party house but also friendly and open.
We both like a chat, a shared meal or good film. Sometimes have friends over, sometimes like our own space. A good balance, I'd say.

Interests include gardening, pottery, walking, camping, organic food, herbal medicine, music & films.

We're ideally looking for someone grounded and calm, ideally another female, be lovely if there's some shared interests and must like dogs.

We'd love another pet in the house but the dog probably wouldn't since he's used to having the house to himself. But possibly do-able so feel free to get in touch.
