32 year old male environmental professional working in charity sector seeking lodger for spare bedroom in small, 2-bedroom cottage.

Fully stocked wood burner, quarter acre garden, large shed and a small area of woodland and off-road parking. Spacious room furnished with a double bed and built in wardrobe space. Other rooms include two bathrooms (no bath, only a shower), dining room, conservatory and kitchen.

Ideal for commuting into Exeter, Plymouth or Totnes, while still being able to enjoy the benefits of being a 5 minute drive away from some of the most stunning locations Dartmoor National Park has to offer, and 30 minutes from the south coast.

Ideally I am seeking a young professional or a post-graduate (super ideally in the environment sector), preferably vegetarian/vegan (not a deal-breaker), who is laid back, tidy, happy to live in a social household and must love dogs (I have a spaniel). I'm happy to consider another dog in the house. I'm flexible with smokers as long as it's not in the house. More than happy for home workers also.

The house is currently (as of December 2023 being renovated room by room but will be ready for April 2024).
