The room itself is very big (40sq ft) with high ceilings and lots of light. It has patio doors leading straight onto private patio. There is an en-suite shower/toilet room and shared kitchen.

£550 for single occupancy. £600 for two people.
Council tax, water, broadband, gas, electricity, oil and firewood bills included. The house isn't centrally heated - we're talking thick jumpers and cosy log fires.

The house has a rural feel surrounded by fields and a large forest behind but is only 5 miles outside of Exeter and close to the M5 making it really accessible for travel. There is parking or a bus route direct to the city centre within walking distance.

We are a family of two adults and one teenager, two cats and a dog. We grow organic vegetables and keep chickens for eggs on the land which includes a walled vegetable garden, soft fruit, orchards and wildlife areas. We're self-employed and each run our own businesses (project consultant / childbirth educator). We often have extra garden produce and are happy to sell you a vege box and/or fresh eggs. There is also space to grow your own.
