Room to rent Monday to Friday only

Room available in a brand new lodge, Monday to Friday only.

Will have use of own shower room during the week. It’s a small double room which has a single bed in at present but can change if required to a double but the lodge came new with all furnishings and the mattress is very comfortable.

There is a fishing lake just outside for anyone that fancies a fish of an evening to wind down.

Located 10 miles from Exeter in a beautiful location and surroundings. Right by the A30 so fantastic links to Exeter and M5.
Would suit a professional working down here during the week.

Happy to cook for someone if required and can be discussed further if would like to consider this. There are 2 local pubs a few minutes away and some beautiful river walks.

I have 2 cats that are super friendly. There is also private parking next to my lodge.
