Lovely guest suite. Private entrance, own floor

A lovely guest suite in a beautifully converted complex of barn conversions. The stylish accomodation is on its own floor and has its own entrance, onsuite double room, Kitchenette (no sink or fixed hob but own fridge and mini oven) . Own dining/work space alongside use of shared kitchen/ dining/lounge space on upstairs floor. Was an Airbnb but wanting a simpler arrangement! Extremely peaceful location on a farm. Good bus connection to Kingsbridge & dartmouth. Walk straight out onto coastal paths (the accomodation is 40 mins waking distance to the beach st Torcross.) I am a self employed professional life coach and I live here full time (but have land and a caravan that I want to spend more time at) My daughters live with me 2-5 days per week and we share our home with a very loveable Australian mist cat called Nemo.
