Situated within a couple of minutes walk from bus stops with a good local bus network, including Axminster train station 15 minute drive away. We're very close to a direct road to Exeter 45 minutes away and 10 minutes from the sea. Parking available in the cul de sac.

Shops, pubs, post office, doctors etc are within a 10 minute walk to the centre of Colyton.

The room would suit a professional female who is welcome to share the living space with us or keep themselves to themselves. It's a furnished room with a desk and plenty of storage.

The bungalow is in a quiet setting backing onto fields with a large garden, patio area and off-road parking. New kitchen, updated bathroom, wood burner, washing machine and drying space. We have dogs and would consider pets if you have them.
