Comfortable double room in family home

Looking for a lodger to live with me, my son and two cats. We are used to having people around - we have had short and long-term lodgers, language students over the summer and airbnb guests all year round. We also currently have Marc, our 20 year old Swiss au pair living with us.

The house is solid old victorian house with large fairly over grown garden but that has beautiful views and lots of potential. It is situated right on the main road in the largish village of combe martin that has lots of community spirit, a lovely beach, beautiful scenery.

The room has 2 single beds which can either be set up as 2 separate bed, put together as a double or one can be stored under the other if you just need 1 single and prefer more floor space.

Bathroom and second toilet are shared as is the kitchen. Separate fridge and cupboards provided in the kitchen. Living room and dining room are not really communal but could be used at times.

I would prefer a lodger who works and generally has interests/activities outside the home. Singles preferred but couples considered particularly if short term. We are pretty much vegetarian - meat-eaters fine though.
