The bathroom is spacious, has a bath & electric shower cubicle and is next door to the bedroom.

It's a 3-bed home, recently renovated and extended to include the following:
- a modern fully-equipped kitchen/diner with sliding doors on to a patio & garden
- cosy front room with wood burning stove

The house is a minute's walk from the Topsham Road nr. Countess Weir & many of the major bus routes in and out of the city.
It's a 20 min bike ride to the Exe estuary village of Topsham.
There are two nice parks close-by-Ludwell Valley and George V playing fields. There's a lovely, flat, walk or bike ride along the Riverside Valley Park to the cafes and restaurants of Exeter Quay or in the other direction to the Turf Locks Hotel on the Exe estuary.
The Tally Ho! pub is 5 mins walk and serves good beer and food.
