We have just move into our new 3 bed home in countess wear. I am moving away for work for a period and my partner Oliver is looking for a house mate for this period. The house is a new build house in a well developed area of countess wear with close proximity to local shops and direct access to the river Exe Estuary path. As well as a short walk from Topsham and access to local transport links into the city centre. The room has private use of the main family bathroom as well as a large communal sitting room and Kitchen as well as a large westward facing Garden. There is also an option to make use of a desk in our home office which can be discussed with potential applicants. Parking is available at the front off the house along with EV charging (This will come with a surcharge). It is a very laid back but clean house. The room has a double bed with memory foam mattress and a bed side table as well as built in wardrobes and is located at the back of the house.
