My husband and I are retired, and we have a large single room (3ft bed) to let in our quiet house, near Countess Wear roundabout. You will share a bathroom and separate toilet with one other lodger. The room has HDTV with Sky Sports etc. and high-speed Virgin Broadband . There is a large, fully - equipped kitchen / diner to be shared with us and 1 other lodger. You will have your own cupboard and fridge/freezer in the kitchen. You can use the washing machine and tumble dryer. We retain our lounge and garden for our own private use.
Our house is on a bus route - the bus stops right outside and there are regular services to the hospital, city centre, Topsham and Exmouth. If you have a car, you can park on our forecourt.
