The cottage is a converted Coach House and is in the rural village of Poughill, a 25 minute drive from Exeter. There is very little public transport so a car is essential!.
The Cottage has a well equipped kitchen, dishwasher washing machine, tumble dryer etc. A large open plan sitting room with dining table and desk/ work area, tv etc. Upstairs there are two spacious bedrooms one with a huge super king size bed the other twin bedded and another space for a study area. The two bedrooms have a separate shower room.
The cottage has its own parking in the courtyard and secluded garden leading from the kitchen. The cottage is the grounds of the owner's house
The cottage would suit a professional/academic couple or two singles sharing. The village is a very friendly place but there is no pub . This is a very peaceful place, beautiful country views and wonderful birdsong.
