Location is in rural Mid Devon, 10 miles from South Molton and 12 miles from Crediton, 2 miles to the nearest village for convenience shop and pub

We are a 200 acre working farm, it can be busy with deliveries, tractors, generators especially early morning and early evening. The location is surrounded by open countryside, stunning walks and cycling on the doorstep and easy access to The Two Moors Way and is equal distance from Exmoor and Dartmoor. The night sky is amazing and Road traffic is minimal. Beaches to the north and south are approximately 50 minutes away

The accommodation (log cabin) is private and adjacent to the farmyard with views and a good sized garden. The property is light and airy and includes bathroom, inner hall and open plan living/kitchen. Parking for one car (car is necessary here). Not suitable for limited mobility

No smoking or vaping, no pets, no over night guests, no WiFi but excellent reception on O2 Network
( fridge/freezer washing machine/dryer microwave oven and hob tv)

I am travelling abroad and the majority of time you will have the place to yourself
Someone mature, responsible and considerate is needed
