Looking for a (preferably female) lodger to house share with myself in Cullompton which is a 2 minute drive to the M5 from home - so 20 minutes to Exeter or Taunton.
The room to rent is a large double bedroom with lots of storage including wardrobe, chest of drawers and airing cupboard. There is also a TV point in the room if you wished to bring a TV. House is kept very well looked after so must be a clean and tidy individual.
There is a shared bathroom / kitchen / and your own space to park outside of the house. Must be a working professional, single occupancy only and references will be required.
£400 per month with all bills included including WiFi and TV license.
