2 minute drive from junction 28 in a quiet location. My family and I live in the main house, the room to rent is in a detached 2 bedroom annex. Lounge and kitchen to be shared with other lodger. Each have their own bathroom. Washing machine provided. All bills included. The other lodgers is a male. Another male would be preferable. Must be respectful of our family and of the other lodger. The photos of the lounge are older photos, there is now a corner sofa instead also it’s the lodgers home so there is more stuff than in the photos.
