Large Double room to let

Hi there! I've got a double room to let for one lucky person! :) It's a 3 bedroom Victorian townhouse, large living spaces and room. A two minute walk to the nearest pub, 5 minute walk to big Tescos, 20 minute walk to Aldi, the house is on a terrace just off the end of the high street so it's ideal really! I've got super fast broadband and NOW tv with sky movies and sky entertainment package included :D I've just had the carpets done throughout the whole house so it's looking lovely! Will be living with myself, I'm a 27 year old female professional who's sociable but respects privacy, I would like someone who's also sociable and up for wine, movies, take always etc some nights, it would be nice to have a housemate and not a tenant! Also living here is a 21 year old professional female, we're both very easy to get along with! Anywho, if you're interested give us a message :)
