Room has a king size 4 poster bed, desk, bed side tables, TV, plus ample storage for let. Area is of outstanding natural beauty - 1 mile walk to Culmstock and famous pub, shop/ cafe, views of the Black Down Hills and Wellington monument. Stylishly appointed and available for short term let’s or contractors in the area. Furnished with all mod cons In Kitchen we have 2 ovens, (1 steam) dishwasher, microwave washing machine wood burning stove and coffee machine for use. The environment is very important to us and therefore, we have; ground source heating, solar power, underfloor heating, and of course recycle. We do-have chickens, dogs and a hive of honey bees situated away from the house in the orchard. Suit country loving, working type who enjoys the rural aspect.

We are lucky to have ample parking . Sociable dog considered but we do charge a nominal £10 per week for duration of stay.

5 miles Wellington and M5, 8 miles Honiton.
