I am looking to rent my beautiful cottage situated between Honiton and Axminster-just off the A35, and only 30 minutes from Exeter, Taunton and the M5.

The cottage boasts stunning rural views, has apple trees, chickens, and beautiful gardens to enjoy. The cottage comes with a fully equipped kitchen, dressing room, walk-in shower, separate toilet with washbasin and plenty of cupboard space. There is a lovely living area which doubles as a fully equipped bedroom (futon bed). This accommodation comes fully furnished, so you can focus on enjoying the views and the cottage itself.. Pets are welcome, too.

Rent is 490 pounds per month and that is essentially all-inclusive, minus electricity which is very low cost. I require one month's in advance and a small security deposit of which we can mutually agree upon. This cottage is available for six months from the end of November.
