One double and one single room available for 8 months in stone-built cottage in Dartington. I will be away for most or all of this time, so you will effectively have the house to yourselves: this may be particularly suitable for people who already know each other or for a small family.

The house is situated near the Cott Inn, a 20 minute walk to Totnes, and a 20 minute walk to Dartington Hall.

Room 1 (4.3m x 3.3m) is a large spacious room with built in cupboards and a south facing window. The rent is £700 pcm to include all bills, council tax and wi-fi.

Room 2 (3m x 2.4m) is quiet and characterful with a sloping ceiling and casement window looking out onto a pretty garden. The rent is £550 pcm to include all bills, council tax and wi-fi.

Both rooms have access to shared kitchen, bathroom and living room. There is a good sized garden with a vegetable patch (which you are welcome to use) and space for parking. The rooms will be available early April for 8 months.
