Character House In Centre Of Town

We are looking for a friendly person to join us in our lovely house in Dartmouth. The house is old and full of character right in the centre of this stunning yachting town. It has fine views down beautiful Foss Street with its art galleries and unique shops. The river is three minutes walk away.

The room is a good size with a double bed, pine shelves and clothes rail. There is a cosy large fully furnished kitchen with granite tiled floor and spotlights. There is a large dining table with chairs, cooker, fridge freezer, additional fridge, microwave, washing machine & condenser drier. The house is very warm even in winter with full gas central heating and radiators in every room. There are two shower plumbed into a megaflow system giving a terrific pressure and three toilets & hand basins.

The rent includes gas, council tax (band B), water rates and broad band wireless internet. The electric is shared and is around £20 per month.

The contract is very flexible with just one month’s notice if you need to move elsewhere. I own the house and you will be dealing directly with me so there are no useless agencies or extra fees to worry about.
