Character House In Centre Of Town

We are looking for a friendly person to join us in our lovely house in Dartmouth. The house is old and full of character right in the centre of this stunning yachting town. It has fine views down beautiful Foss Street with its art galleries and unique shops. The river is three minutes walk away.

The room is a good size with a double bed, pine shelves and clothes rail. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, fridges, freezer, washing machine and tumble drier. The house is very warm even in winter with full double glazing and gas central heating and radiators in every room. There are two showers and three toilets. The showers are plumbed into a megaflow system giving a terrific pressure.

The rent includes gas, council tax (band B), water rates and internet. House mates share electricity. The contract is very flexible with just one month’s notice if you need to move elsewhere.
