We have a 3 bed house in Dawlish, above the town in a quiet cul-de-sac with views over the town to the sea.

Our lodger has just moved out after 6 months with us so the room is available now.

The room is furnished, has sea views and
all bills are included.
There is a garden and balcony looking out to sea.
There is a home gym in the garage that you would be welcome to use.
We are a married couple in our early 50s.
We have a house in France where Steve spends most of his time, although he is in Dawlish in the house for a few weeks in July and January mainly.
The live in Landlady is therefore Karen, most of the time. She has her own small business as well as working in the fashion industry in London a few weeks per year.

We have an old cat and on the occasions when Steve is in Dawlish there are 2 boxer dogs in the house ,so you must like pets.

We are both clean, tidy and easy going and are looking for someone similar. .

Dawlish is within 30 minutes of Exeter, Torquay and Newton Abbot by road or train.
