I am am looking to let my spare double room in my home in Dawlish. It is a new build home that is clean and modern and the room is furnished with a double bed and large mirrored wardrobe. Main access to a bathroom which is occasionally used by me for the bath but not regularly as I have an en suite. Shared access to a well equipped kitchen, living room and garden. Private parking space is also available.
I work full time and am studying part time for a degree at home. I am looking for a sociable working professional who is happy to do their own thing as well as being friendly in the evenings.
