This room is located within a flat on the outskirts of Devonport/Mount Wise. The flat is within a block of flats belonging to Plymouth Community Homes but my Landlady owns the property and I rent directly from her. There is free parking available for 1 car.

The double room includes a built in open wardrobe, double bed, double mattress and curtains. It's been recently painted and fresh carpet laid which has only been used by visitors and the room has not been lived in for the last 4 years.

It comes with access to a bath/shower and separate toilet. There is also a spacious living room/dining room with a double sofa, an armchair, and a table with 2 chairs. The large TV can be used to access Netflix but not live TV as I don't buy a license, and there is EE broadband. There is a washing machine, electric cooker (new) and dishwasher in the kitchen area, as well as a fridge freezer. The new boiler is situated in the kitchen and all the radiators have been recently checked and work well.

The room itself has ample storage within the wardrobe (shelves can be added), but there is also some storage available in the flat for toiletries, bedding and towels.

I own 2 house rabbits which also live in the flat. They have their own enclosure built into the alcove in the living room with plenty of space for them to hop about. I also let them out to roam the living room, kitchen and hallway when I am in the flat. I always shut the bedroom doors when doing so because they are keen wire nibblers! It is important that you like having pets around.

I myself work full time as a primary teacher, and I train regularly at the gym as well as spending time with friends outside of the flat so there will be plenty of time for you to relax in your own company.

I am asking for £300pcm to cover rent, council tax, water, gas, electric, window cleaning and the broadband.
