24hr garage opposite the apartment with approx 25 min walk to town centre or direct bus as on bus route.
Really close to the Plymouth College, dockyard, HMS Drake and Babcock all within walking distance.
The apartment consists of 2 x toilets, 2 x showers.
There is an en-suite in one room but it is currently occupied the main bathroom will be shared by other two rooms. Smoking permitted on balcony but not inside.
Apartment fully furnished.
Designated car parking space-if not being used by current roommate. There is plenty of additional parking right outside the building.
