One dbl room going spare in a wholesome madhouse

Looking for a calm, kind, and easy-going lodger to join our quirky little household in a spacious home.
One spacious, sunny double room await in a charming and full of character house. There’s a mature garden (great for yoga or stretching - also weight lifting!), a small orchard, and a reflective little pond. We even have a private driveway – because your car deserves to feel special too.
You'll be sharing this slice of semi-rural bliss with me – a therapist by trade, tango dancer by night, and fitness/nutrition-nerd the rest of the time – and my fabulous nearly-12-year-old son (disabled but never dull). He's here alternate weeks, just like your exclusive-use of the big bathroom (and shared with him on other weeks but he uses it only 1 hour per day – he is nearly a teenager after all).
Also in residence:
🐾 One old cat (14 years of grump)
👑 One Hungarian Vizsla (5 years old, highly affectionate, believes she’s a princess)
Looking for: Someone chilled, preferably with a sense of humour, who doesn’t start work before 7 am.

Dog owners: If your furry friend doesn’t chase royalty girls (aka the cat and princess ), they’re welcome too – agreed lodging surcharge applies.

One monthly clean of shared areas expected unless we strike a brilliant alternative deal. Bills are included except for TV licence and your own loo roll (yes, we’re that honest).
